We would really appreciate you taking the time to have your say and get involved in the development of local health services. These are a quick and easy way to have your say on the issues that matter to you. We use the results to help us plan and buy health services for our population of over 550,000 people in west Hampshire.
We want to hear about your experience when you or your family last used services at our hospitals or the health care provided in the community. Please complete our survey.
Pain and Rheumatology Service
We are looking at how our pain and rheumatology services are provided and if there is anything we might do differently in the future. If you or someone you care for has used these services, we’d very much like to hear about your experiences and ideas. You can help us by completing our survey.
We have to make sure NHS services meet everyone’s needs, including those of minorities and equality groups. We are asking individuals, carers and organisations across West Hampshire to complete our survey to find out whether the NHS works for everyone.
Patient transport survey
The NHS is inviting service-users to take part in a survey of the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) in Hampshire.
It is reviewing the £11m a year service to see if improvements can be made to ensure it is being run in the most effective and efficient way for all the patients eligible to use it.
The NEPTS service is provided free for the small minority of people registered with a GP practice in Hampshire who can’t travel to appointments independently on grounds of their medical condition only.
If you use this valued service, or are a carer for someone who uses the service, we would welcome your views.
The survey is being run by NHS Fareham and Gosport Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) on behalf of the other CCGs in Hampshire. It is available via this link https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Patient-Transport-Service
The survey is running until Monday 17 February and we will be publishing its main findings.
There are general questions for all users of the service – and specific sections for renal patients only.
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Ear, nose and throat services
We are currently reviewing Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) services in the Winchester and Andover areas. If you have experience of using these services please help us by completing our survey.
Improving services for the Trans+ community
Feedback from the Trans+ community stated there are some great GP practices out there, and some which need greater trans awareness and compassion for trans people’s experiences. If you have accessed or attempted to access, support from your GP or surgery for gender identity issues, we would like to hear your views and experiences via our survey.
Andover COPD services
Andover has a comparatively higher incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) than many other areas in Hampshire. We would like to hear about and understand your experience so we can improve our services. Please complete our survey.
