NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) staff will always communicate and behave in a polite, courteous and respectful manner with individuals, their families and any professionals involved with CHC services.
In return, it is expected that CHC staff will be treated in the same polite, courteous and respectful way.
Our staff will not tolerate any abusive communication or behaviour which includes swearing, shouting, threats or lack of co-operation with requests.
