Fee Review 2021/2022

During these challenging times, we remain committed to working with providers to deliver care at a fair and sustainable cost ensuring that services are commissioned efficiently and effectively.
All providers who are commissioned by WHCCG to provide individual care and support for our service users have been sent an e-mail about the fees for 2021 -2022. The information below is set out in the letter.
Providers have the opportunity to apply for a fee review for services they currently deliver to West Hampshire CCG; however, this fee review process does cover the whole of Hampshire. Providers are asked to submit their request for a fee review as per the parameters of the letter.
Please note that whilst inviting you to apply for a fee review, the outcome will be dependent on an assessment of the request in accordance with the stated process and parameters.

How to apply:
Domiciliary:
- Download our fee review letter for domiciliary care (excluding residential care/nursing homes)
- A 2021/22 rate card template will need to be completed and returned by no later than close of play 22 February 2021 in accordance with the parameters outlined within the letter. You can download the rate card template and guidance here And return to whccg.chcuplift@nhs.net
- The commissioning team will assess your uplift request
- Providers will be notified of the outcome after the new rates for 2021/22 are agreed and asked to sign and return Individual Placement Agreement to ensure our database is accurate and correct payments made.
Residential:
- Download our fee review letter for residential placements (excluding domiciliary care)
- You will need to complete and return a 2021/22 schedule of fees template by no later than 22 February 2021 in accordance with the parameters outlined within the letter. You can download the electronic schedule of fees template and guidance here and return to whccg.chcuplift@nhs.net
- The commissioning team will assess your uplift request

Learning Disabilities, Autism & Mental Health (younger adults) and including independent hospital care placements and Supported Living

- Select template appropriate to your provision- for supported living please download, complete and return a Rate Card template. For all other provisions please download, complete and return a Schedule of fees template.

Deadlines for applications
To ensure that the CCG is able to budget adequately for 2021 /2022 we ask that all submissions are made by 22 February 2021. We will then aim to assess, implement and respond to all requests before 31 March 2021. Please note that all agreed rates will be applied to every new client that is assigned to your agency in 2021/2022 and providers will not be able to subsequently propose different rates during 2021/2022. These rates will be used to calculate any new care packages costs 2021-2022.
